Projects range anywhere from $1M - $30M so they provide the opportunity to work on a variety of scales. All of the work will be local to the St. Louis area with minimal travel required. Job Description

• Run owner's meetings
• Manage multiple projects at a time
• Make sure cost reports & billings to owner are done on time
• Could have a direct report (PE & Superintendent) depending on the project
• Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
• Creates and reviews project schedules
