Director of Preconstruction

Position Overview

The Director of Preconstruction is responsible for leading and managing the preconstruction phase of construction projects and leading a team of estimators.

This role involves overseeing cost estimation, budgeting, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Director will coordinate with various stakeholders to align project goals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction team in developing comprehensive cost estimates for proposed projects
• Manage project budgets and analyze financial reports to ensure project viability
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with project plans and execution
• Foster team leadership and development to build a skilled preconstruction team
