Due to their continued expansion, they are now looking for a Superintendent to lead some of their most exclusive projects and help them achieve their growth plans.

In this role, you will lead day-to-day site operations, establish and maintain project schedules, manage field personnel, and proactively solve problems to keep projects on track. You will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, enforce safety and quality standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical commercial healthcare projects.

The Role :

• Lead multiple commercial healthcare projects from start to finish
• Take full ownership of site operations, safety, scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure execution, communication and project delivery
