- The Program works to ensure adequate, reliable, sustainable supplies for current and future needs uses and the environment.
Project Description :
The candidate will assist in various drinking water compliance projects with a focus on acute regulations including Revised Total Coliform Rule, Lead and Copper, and Nitrate.The candidate will also participate in the review of analytical data, sampling plans, chains of custody, and water system inventories, as well as develop internal and external guidance. Specific to the Position :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Outlook / Word.Ability / desire to learn new systems and processes. Preferred Area of Study :
Seeking individuals enrolled at an accredited university / college studying one of the Physical Sciences, Environmental Sciences / Studies, Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or in Environmental Planning, Environmental Policy, or Physical Geography; or in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Bio-resource Engineering. License : Appointee will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
