Primary Purpose : To provide administrative support to the claims department.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Reviews scanned documents for key data.
  • Researches and processes electronic mail; modifies documents to correct claim and / or responsible party.
  • Adheres to Best Practices and follows indexing protocol.
  • Maintains service level agreements and meets production goals.

Additional Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Qualifications :

    Education & Licensing : High School Diploma or GED required.

    Experience : One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims experience preferred.

    Skills & Knowledge :

  • Oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Analytical and interpretive skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
  • Work Environment :
