This is a full-time, hybrid role—Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm—offering a dynamic blend of in-clinic, in-home, and work-from-home flexibility. You’ll be part of a transparent, intentional, and supportive environment that’s built for both personal and professional growth.

We are specifically seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a master’s degree in a relevant field, current BCBA certification, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families. Experience in Autism services and a deep sense of empathy and communication are essential.
