I am working with a leading Real Estate Investment firm who are looking to onboard a Senior Analyst / Associate to their team in NYC. The role would be a hybrid of Acquisitions and Capital Markets and focused on multifamily, hospitality and office asset classes. Deal Sourcing and

Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities, assessing their viability and alignment with the firms strategic goals.

Financial Modeling and

Develop and refine financial models to project the performance of potential investments, including valuations, return projections, and risk assessments.

Transaction

Oversee the execution of transactions, including negotiating terms, coordinating with legal and financial advisors, and ensuring due diligence processes are thorough.

Market Research and

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and inform investment decisions and prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Relationship

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry experts, and potential partners, to support deal flow and strategic objectives.
