Graphic Design / Package Design Associate

Position : Design Associate

Location : Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end package design development for new and existing products, including dielines, typography, layout, color, and final production files.
• Review and apply label data from R&D, including cooking directions, ingredient lists, and Nutrition Facts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Route artwork for cross-functional review with R&D, Sales, and Marketing and incorporate feedback through approval cycles.
• Ensure all packaging complies with FDA labeling rules and any country-specific regulations for export items.
• Develop secondary packaging concepts from ideation sketches to digital drafts and color schemes, through to press-ready proofs.
• Support brand assets such as logo refinements, packaging photography coordination, and visual guidelines aligned with market trends.
• Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with vendors on proofs, color targets, substrates, and finishing to ensure on-press accuracy.
• Maintain version control, asset libraries, and documentation for audits and regulatory reference.

Salary Range : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, based on experience (Non-Exempt)

(Negotiable depending on experience, excluding OT and other earnings)
