Job Description
Vice President of Data Center Construction
We’re seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Data Center Construction Division , overseeing high-performance electrical infrastructure across hyperscale and enterprise-level builds. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the complexity of mission-critical systems, and knows how to build teams that deliver.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all aspects of data center construction from preconstruction through commissioning
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across field, PM, and engineering functions
- Partner with clients, GCs, and design teams to ensure constructability, schedule alignment, and budget control
- Represent the organization in executive-level meetings, RFQs, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all mission-critical projects
- Identify and mitigate risks early through proactive planning and communication
