We are seeking a compassionateNurse Practitioner to join our family practice. You will provide direct patient care, managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, and promoting optimal health through preventative care and patient education.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct physical exams and provide preventative health measures for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and X-rays.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and specialists.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication compliance, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient encounters, progress, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare laws and ethical standards.
