This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Web Full-Stack in the United States.

This role offers the chance to build and scale high-impact web applications in an AI-driven platform that transforms consumer engagement. As a Senior Web Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. You will contribute to both frontend and backend systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability. This is a hands-on role where your code directly influences the functionality and success of AI-powered consumer-facing products. You will also help shape technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of full lifecycle development from specifications through deployment.

Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure code quality and system reliability through automated testing, monitoring, and deployment practices.
  • Contribute to both frontend (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) and backend (Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) development.
  • Optimize database interactions and manage relational data using PostgreSQL.
  • Participate in technical decision-making, architecture design, and team mentoring to drive engineering excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in web development, with full-stack proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and experience with JavaScript and Python.
  • Deep experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
  • Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and backend frameworks (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clear documentation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with ambiguity.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with TypeScript, Zustand, Tailwind CSS, and modern deployment practices.
  • Ability to contribute to technical strategy and mentor less experienced engineers.
  • Passion for building scalable and user-focused web applications in an AI-driven environment.
