As a Senior Web Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. You will contribute to both frontend and backend systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability. This is a hands-on role where your code directly influences the functionality and success of AI-powered consumer-facing products. You will also help shape technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of full lifecycle development from specifications through deployment.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality and system reliability through automated testing, monitoring, and deployment practices.
• Contribute to both frontend (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) and backend (Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) development.
• Optimize database interactions and manage relational data using PostgreSQL.
• Participate in technical decision-making, architecture design, and team mentoring to drive engineering excellence.
