Job Summary :
The Retail Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our coffee houses to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company standards. This position serves as a liaison between corporate teams and our coffee houses, helping to implement operational strategies, manage communications, and support coffee house performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and support the execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and operational processes across all coffee houses.
- Serve as a point of contact for store teams, addressing operational inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor store compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Analyze store performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, HR, and IT to support retail operations.
- Support inventory management processes, including audits, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Maintain and update retail systems and databases including POS and Scheduling applications.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in retail operations or store management.Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach.Preferred Skills :
Experience with POS systems and retail analytics tools.Knowledge of retail compliance and operational best practices.Project coordination experience.Compensation, Benefits & Perks :
