Job Title : Telecom Administrator (Cisco to RingCentral Migration)

Overview :
We are seeking two experienced Telecom Administrators with deep Cisco platform expertise and strong hands-on experience in RingCentral conversions . These resources will play a key role in a high-visibility migration project transitioning over 300 locations in the U.S. and Canada (Phase One), followed by an additional 180 sites in the UK (Phase Two).
Responsibilities :
- Engage with client teams to support the end-to-end migration from Cisco to RingCentral.
- Extract, document, and translate Cisco configuration data to support the development of RingCentral Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and call flows.
- Provide subject matter expertise on RingCentral platform capabilities and configuration best practices.
- Assist in building and validating call flows within the RingCentral environment.
- Support implementation, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and alignment with customer expectations.
- Participate in planning sessions, progress updates, and knowledge transfer activities.
Requirements :
Proven experience with Cisco telecom systems (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, or similar).Strong hands-on experience with RingCentral conversions , including system configuration, call flow design, and user provisioning.Ability to extract, interpret, and convert Cisco configuration data for RingCentral implementation.Experience supporting enterprise-scale VoIP migrations across multiple locations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with telecom BRD creation and documentation standards.Preferred :
Experience with international telecom projects, especially in the UK or North America.Relevant certifications in Cisco or RingCentral platforms.
