• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
• 30 units per week productivity based on 40 hour schedule
• Home health experience required
• HCHB experience preferred
• Documentation due within 24 hours
• SOC worth 2 units - evals and recerts worth 1.5 units
• BLS certification required
