Are you a skilled and passionate  Professional Development Engineer  ready to lead impactful public works projects?

This is your chance to manage diverse engineering teams, oversee exciting capital improvement projects, and make a difference in a vibrant and growing community!

Professional Development Engineer Duties :

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams.
  • Design and manage public works projects, from roads to water systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop budgets and oversee project success from start to finish.

Professional Development Engineer   Requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • 5+ years of professional civil engineering experience (including 1+ year in a leadership role).
  • California PE license.
  • A team leader with innovative problem-solving skills.
