Responsibilities

• Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a BC / BE Neonatologist to join our team of 4 Neonatologists and 7 NNPs in Des Moines, IA.
• Group covers two hospitals :

MercyOne Medical Center : a 60-bed Level 3 NICU with an ADC of 42; 24 / 7 in-house coverage, full subspecialty support, care for infants down to 22 weeks gestation, active neonatal transport team.

Shift structure :

MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center : 5-bed Level 2 nursery and NBN; 24 / 7 in-house NNP coverage; Neonatologist rounds in the morning at this location.
