Must-Have :

• Must have at least 2 years of Hospice experience.
• Must be able to take admissions independently.
• Must be willing to step in and help where needed.

Description :

Urgent need for an experienced Hospice RN to work in the field seeing patients.

The position includes on-call responsibility, requiring one overnight shift every other week.

The on-call shift is from 5pm to 9am, in addition to the regular work schedule.

There is flexibility with the daytime schedule after an on-call shift if there was a busy night.

Census is currently 28.

The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, guaranteeing 40 hours per week.

Charting will be done using Netsmart.

Any color scrubs are allowed.

Healthcare personnel will receive a fuel card, but until it is received, they can submit receipts for fuel expenses.
