The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing account paperwork, managing client inquiries and requests, and supporting the sales team in delivering excellent service to our clients.

Primary Duties :
Generate all account paperwork for prospects and clients accurately and efficiently using DocuSign and paper forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Collaborate with advisors on complex requests and provide support in resolving client issues or concerns promptly.Follow up with clients or other financial firms on the status of account transfers and address any issues or discrepancies as needed.Manage the new account process, including working with the operations assistant and billing team to ensure client fee updates are processed correctly and necessary forms are completed.Maintain a queue of paperwork requests, prioritize tasks, and provide regular updates to clients and the sales team on the status of pending requests.Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions within investment accounts, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or irregularities.Process client service requests and assist with client review preparation as assigned by sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.Ensure all required fields in Salesforce are completed accurately and promptly to maintain data integrity and support reporting needs.Follow service processes and compliance procedures to ensure adhesion to company’s guidelines.Process incoming deposits and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of funds.Utilize financial planning software to make updates and revisions to client information and account details as needed.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in a client service or administrative role within the financial services industry is highly desirable.
