Job descriptionSAP consultant shall perform the following activities : Assessment of current SAP HCM Payroll / Benefits, wage types, schemas / PCRs, taxability, eligibility rules, and interfaces to recordkeepers. SECURE 2.0 gap analysis mapped to customer plan design and SAP capabilities; prioritization of must-do changes for January 1 compliance.Identification and application plan for relevant SAP Notes / support packages for U.S. Payroll / Benefits.Configuration and development : Payroll schema / PCR adjustments for deferrals, auto-escalation, catch-up eligibility and Roth taxation.Wage type catalog and tax classification updates (pretax vs Roth; catch-up).Benefits eligibility and auto-enrollment rules; long-term part-time tracking parameters. Interface enhancements (file / API / SFTP) to recordkeepers for new / changed data fields and security controls.Security and controls updates for HR / Payroll access and outbound interface encryption / signing. Testing : unit, integration, accelerated parallel payroll, UAT, and recordkeeper certification. Cutover planning / execution; go live support and hypercare.
