Certified Nurse Midwife

About the Role: Join a dynamic OB/GYN and CNM practice providing comprehensive women's healthcare in a modern, tech-enabled environment focused on wellness and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic settings
• Manage comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, and specialists
• Provide Labor & Delivery coverage and emergency obstetric care
• Assist in surgical procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Active AMCB certification
• Current RN and APRN license in Tennessee
• BLS certification required by start date
• 2+ years hospital-based intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• NRP certification
• Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, or Lactation consultation
