Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in defining test strategies, test plans, and QA best practices.
• Maintain test documentation and update automation frameworks as required.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation techniques and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in QA automation testing with Python and Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile development processes and collaborative team environments.
