What You’ll Do :

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes

Support STNAs and help create a positive work environment

Maintain accurate records and follow facility protocols

Qualifications :

Valid RN license in the state of Ohio (required)

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Strong clinical skills and good judgment

Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure

Ability to communicate well with staff, residents, and families
