What We're Looking For :
A relationship-driven strategist who knows how to speak the language of healthcare professionals and build trust with OBGYNs, physicians, and women's health providers. This person will own our clinical credibility strategy — establishing Happy V as a trusted partner for healthcare professionals who want evidence-based solutions for their patients.
You'll recruit medical advisors, build relationships with practices, create clinical education materials, and develop referral partnerships that put Happy V products in the hands of women who need them most. You'll also establish and manage our Medical Advisory Board, ensuring our products, claims, and educational content meet the highest standards of clinical integrity.
This isn't traditional pharma sales — it's about building genuine partnerships with providers who share our mission to improve women's health through education and science-backed supplementation.
What You'll Be Doing :
Healthcare Provider Outreach & Partnerships (40%)
- Identify and recruit OBGYNs, primary care physicians, women's health specialists, and functional medicine practitioners as brand advisors, ambassadors, or referring partners
- Build and nurture relationships with individual practitioners and women's health practices
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to educate providers about Happy V products, research, and clinical benefits
- Develop professional sampling programs and practice partnership initiatives
- Create referral pathways that make it easy for providers to recommend Happy V to patients
Medical Advisory Board & Expert Network (25%)
Recruit, onboard, and manage medical advisory board membersOrganize quarterly advisory board meetings and strategic sessionsFacilitate medical expert reviews of products, claims, marketing materials, and educational contentSecure FTC-compliant professional endorsements and testimonialsMaintain ongoing engagement with clinical experts and leverage their insights to inform product development and positioningClinical Education & Content (25%)

Represent Happy V at medical conferences, women's health symposiums, and professional eventsIdentify speaking opportunities for Happy V experts at medical meetingsStay current on women's health research, clinical guidelines, and emerging trendsMonitor competitive clinical positioning and healthcare professional programsWhat You'll Bring : Required :
5+ years in medical / pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical liaison work, or B2B healthcare rolesStrong understanding of the women's health clinical landscape (OBGYN, primary care, functional medicine, integrative health)Ability to communicate credibly with medical professionals and understand clinical terminologyDeep knowledge of FTC regulations regarding health claims, medical endorsements, and professional testimonialsExperience building and managing advisory boards, expert networks, or clinical partnershipsExcellent presentation skills and relationship-building abilitiesComfortable discussing sensitive women's health topics (vaginal health, UTIs, bacterial vaginosis, menopause, fertility, sexual health)Preferred :
