Journeyman Electrician

One Way Wireless Construction (OWWC) is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to join our growing electrical department. We specialize in building cellular telecommunications infrastructure, and our electricians play a critical role in our ground operations.

• We’re offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for applicants who currently hold their Journeyman License in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• Desired Qualifications :
• 3+ years of electrical experience
• Valid MN and WI journeyman's license required
• Experience in various electrical installations
• Good standing with the Minnesota Licensing Board
• Strong work ethic; can work independently or within a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
• Comfortable towing enclosed trailers with full-size pickup trucks
• Able to lift / move 50 lbs regularly and stay active on the jobsite
• Willingness to travel Monday–Friday; 75–90% overnight travel
• Responsibilities :
• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Install, mount, test, and troubleshoot electrical equipment
• Complete close-out documentation accurately
• Communicate clearly with crew and Project Manager
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
• Lead and support crew members professionally
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
