Customer Program Support Specialist

📍 Albuquerque, NM (On-site) - 87102 | 🕗 Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM

📅 6–12 month contract with potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer applications using internal software (training provided)
• Input and cross-reference customer data; schedule meter installations
• Maintain Excel reports and collaborate with billing, pricing, and meter teams
• Recommend process improvements and support customer communications
