Job descriptionRead and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and compliance using visual inspection and Rework or repair defective assemblies as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols Operate reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, and other related equipment as necessary Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve issues High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus Previous soldering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred Familiarity with IPC-A-610 soldering standards is highly desirable Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Solderer to join our electronics manufacturing team.
The Solderer is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit
boards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies according to specifications and quality standards.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components including through-hole and surface-mount (SMT)
parts using soldering irons and other tools
magnification tools
