What You'll Do :

  • Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Help prepare financial statements and reports
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Contribute to special projects across multiple industries

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role doing Full cycle accounts payable AND receivable
  • Advanced Excel skills with fast data entry and experience with software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to deal with frequent and changing priorities
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
