JOB TITLE : Grant Writer

REPORTS TO : Executive Director – Finance

WAGE / HOUR STATUS : Exempt

PAY GRADE : AM 4

PRIMARY PURPOSE : The Grant Writer will lead the district’s efforts in identifying, developing, writing, and securing grant funding opportunities that align with Spring ISD’s Five-Year Plan and strategic priorities. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the grant development cycle including research, proposal writing, budgeting, compliance monitoring, and post-award reporting. The Grant Writer will also cultivate collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, community agencies, and public / private funding sources to expand educational opportunities and district capacity.
