Venues Maintenance Technician
The Venues Maintenance Technician maintains venues and buildings outside of the Lodge throughout the property, including roads, structures, fountains, waterfalls, buildings, and equipment, functioning and in good repair. They keep the premises presentable and safe by performing the tasks of maintenance as directed by the Director of Facilities and Maintenance, as well as assisting and performing duties outside of the areas noted at times when needed, as directed by the Director or the Divisional Manager on Duty (MOD).

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The associate is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate must occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The associate is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The associate must be able to work in year-round outdoor weather conditions as well as sub-zero walk-in freezers.
