General Purpose
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and change management initiatives. The Sr. HRBP partners closely with leadership to foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws. While client groups may shift and evolve, the current focus of the role will be in supporting the MillerKnoll Finance function. Essential Functions include :
