Position Description : The Operation’s Sourcing Associate will support and communicate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to assist with obtaining subcontractors for facility maintenance projects. The Sourcing Associate acts as a support role in a team-oriented environment. Sourcing Associates need be highly organized, adaptable, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. You must also feel comfortable and confident in cold calling new subcontractors to add them to our existing network.

As Sourcing Associate, you will :

• Source subcontractors for various scopes of construction trade work using internal and external resources
• Communicate scheduling needs and confirm site visit time frames meet Lakeside Project Solution’s standards
• Properly add new subcontractors to Lakeside’s proprietary software system (Blue Horizons)
• Ensure all conversations with subcontractors are properly documented
• Confirm subcontractors meet LPS insurance and procedural requirements
• Set pricing expectations with subcontractors at onset of work order acceptance
• Negotiate subcontractor rates to align with LPS standards
