Academic Program Coordinator
The Maine Community College System (MCCS) is looking for a full-time Academic Program Coordinator. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Academic Program Development, the Academic Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining technical knowledge of and compliance with the requirements of the Perkins Act, reporting system data required by the USDOE related to the Act, and serving as the primary point of contact for the MDOE and MCCS on Perkins-related issues. This position also provides direct logistical and administrative support for the various academic programs coordinated by MCCS including Embark, OnCourse for College, and Spring Ahead. This position will also support other system-level academic programming, events, and activities as needed.
The Academic Program Coordinator is within the MEA Administrators bargaining unit. The position is pending classification of the salary level.
