Responsibilities Work in a Level 3 NICU setting Care for neonates born at 29-34 weeks and above 34 weeks gestation Attend high-risk deliveries as part of the role Utilize ventilator management systems including AC, PC, SIMV, CPAP, BiPAP, and PEEP Shift is nights, 3x12 hours from 18 : 45 to 07 : 15 Work every third weekend Cerner EMR is used and prior experience is required Scrubs are provided by the unit Must work one holiday eve and one holiday day during contract Locals are accepted at the same rate with no radius restriction Facility reviews first-time travelers on a case-by-case basis Scrubs are provided for all staff Two professional references are required for consideration Requirements Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration Current BLS and NRP certifications required; NRP Advanced and PALS preferred Minimum 2 years of recent Level 3 NICU experience required Experience with Cerner EMR is required Proficiency in blood glucose monitoring, hyperbilirubinemia management, insulin administration, and phototherapy Skilled in endotracheal tube suctioning, HFNC, management of respiratory distress, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-624676.
