Job description

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to support agile transformation within delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Agile Delivery Coaching by guiding teams in adopting and improving agile practices

Facilitate key agile ceremonies to ensure productive collaboration

Support continuous improvement by encouraging team reflections and feedback sessions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in agile teams or environments

Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean

Experience in software development or project management is a plus

Willingness to pursue agile certifications is preferred
