Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an associate degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements : Current BLS certification; ACLS certification (within 3 months of hire); PALS certification (within 6 months of hire); ECRN certification (within 1 year of hire)
- Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of emergency room nursing experience; experience working in fast-paced ER environments; familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Other Requirements : Valid Illinois RN license; ability to work 36 hours per week, including nights and weekends; strong communication and critical thinking skills
