Travel / Local Contract - Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) - Days + Nights!

Effingham, Illinois - 13 weeks

Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an associate degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
Certifications Requirements : Current BLS certification; ACLS certification (within 3 months of hire); PALS certification (within 6 months of hire); ECRN certification (within 1 year of hire)
Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of emergency room nursing experience; experience working in fast-paced ER environments; familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Other Requirements : Valid Illinois RN license; ability to work 36 hours per week, including nights and weekends; strong communication and critical thinking skills

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients presenting with acute health issues.

Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.

Execute prescribed medical treatments and procedures efficiently and safely.
