PC Technician

Pay Rate : $26–$30 per hour

Shift : 5 : 30 AM – 2 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday

Job Overview

We are looking for a PC Technician to provide hands-on technical support for both shop floor and office teams. You will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems, while managing IT equipment setup and user access.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver first-level technical support on-site and remotely.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Prioritize support for manufacturing systems and equipment.

Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.

Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory.

Install and maintain printers, label makers, and specialized shop equipment.

Document IT tickets and maintain inventory of IT assets.

Assist with Microsoft 365 and ERP system support.

Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs or installations.

Required Skills

0–2 years in IT support or help desk role.

Basic knowledge of Windows environments and IT hardware.

Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT preferred.

Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MCP are a plus.

Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM and PXE Booting.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 / hr.
