Role Description
The Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal duties including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and providing legal advice to clients.
The Associate will also be involved in court proceedings, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other legal professionals in the firm.
Qualifications
Legal Research and Legal Writing skills
Experience in drafting legal documents and managing case files
Strong negotiation and litigation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
Experience in business litigation and / or restructuring is a plus
Full time in office during office hours. Complete tasks and case requirements timely and stay ahead of deadlines - those are the billing requirements.
