Job Description
Nursing Manager – Metairie or St. Rose, LA area
$119-$125K (negotiable based on experience)

Our client is a leading provider of home infusion therapy, committed to delivering high-quality care in a professional and compassionate environment. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a hands-on Nursing Manager to lead from the front—balancing team leadership with patient-centered support.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, mentor, and coach the nursing team
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and coverage
- Coordinate patient care and logistics with physicians, pharmacy, and partners
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Track performance metrics and care analytics
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and high standards of care
- Step in to support patient care as needed—this is a true “player-coach” role
