SUMMARY : Responsible to the Nursing Director and under the direction of a RN / Charge Nurse, the Emergency Department Technician, in a holistic manner, will assist in the care of patients both physiologically and psychologically by providing basic nursing care.

\n

\n EXPERIENCE : Emergency Department experience preferred.

\n

\n OTHER : Basic Computer Skills

\n

\n LICENSE / CERT : Required : BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant), EMT B, EMT P, Applicable patient care experience

\n

\n EDUCATION : Required : High School or Equivalent

\n

\n
