Job Summary

This position includes the following responsibilities :

Coordinate On-Campus Recruiting Events (30%)

• Will assist the Recruiting Coordinator in organizing and managing all on-campus recruiting events, including official visits, tours, and informational sessions for prospective student-athletes and their families.
• Schedule meetings with coaches, faculty, and staff.
• Oversee logistics for campus tours, meals, and recruiting presentations.
• Lead prospective student-athletes on campus tours, highlighting key facilities, athletic spaces, and the general student experience at the university.
• Provide insights on academic programs, student life, and athletic resources.

Recruitment Communication (20%)

Data Management and Recruiting Database Maintenance (15%)

Social Media Engagement (15%)

Assist the Director of Football Operations in maintaining the day-to-day operation of the football program. (15%)

Other duties as assigned (5%)
