Internal Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Manager supervises senior and staff auditors, ensuring audits are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of accuracy and integrity. You'll be responsible for scheduling audits, providing second-level reviews, supporting professional development, and maintaining strong relationships with property leadership. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will help ensure MGM Resorts meets regulatory standards while driving operational excellence.

Manage and guide audit staff in planning, directing, and monitoring internal audit operations.

Review audit documents, memos, and findings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Oversee communication of audit results to property management through written reports and presentations.

Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients, staff, and management.

Represent internal audit in cross-functional project teams and management meetings.

Provide coaching, evaluations, and development opportunities for team members.

Pursue professional development and share insights with colleagues.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.

Minimum of 3 years full?time experience in auditing, accounting, business analysis, or program evaluation, including two (2) years of supervisory or project management experience.

Strong expertise in internal auditing, accounting principles, and audit standards.

Understanding of gaming industry terminology, concepts, and practices.

Skilled in data collection, analysis, and drawing logical conclusions.

Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
