UCaaS Analyst

Role Summary

This role is responsible for supporting discovery efforts related to the migration of Unified Communications services. The analyst will serve as a liaison between internal collaborators and teams to gather technical and operational requirements, document current-state configurations, and support a seamless transition.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ Years of Experience Needed

• Strong understanding of MVP, Contact Center platforms, and Client Teams Phone.
• Experience with UCaaS migrations, including number porting, call flow mapping, and user provisioning.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise telephony environments.
• Proficient in engaging with multiple team members and prioritizing effectively.
