Position Title : Provider Integration Specialist

Location : Norwood OH 45212

Shift : Day (7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM)

Duration : 16 Weeks MondayFriday 40 hrs / week

Pay Rate : $43 / hr

Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Provider Integration Specialist for an exciting job in Norwood OH.

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end provider onboarding and transition processes.

Collaborate with medical staff leadership and operations for readiness.

Manage timelines milestones and deliverables.

Drive workflow improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methods.

Build strong relationships across departments to support integration success.

Qualifications :

Required : Bachelors degree; 5 years healthcare project / process improvement experience; Lean / Six Sigma proficiency; strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred : Masters degree; 2.5 years direct provider-facing experience.
