Purpose
The Student Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of student programming and events that foster engagement, community, and connection among students, faculty and SCL visitors. This role will manage event logistics, communications, and operational support, collaborates with campus partners, and ensures a welcoming, well-organized experience for students, staff, and guests.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelors in a related field. At least 3 years of experience coordinating or administering a program. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with the UT travel request system, Mailchimp, Qualtrics, and website content updates or revisions
Familiarity with UT purchasing systems, including vendor identification, order placement, and procurement processes
Experience creating detailed itineraries and coordinating logistics for special guests and events
Salary Range
$55,000+ depending on qualifications

Employment Eligibility:
