Key Responsibilities

Implement report suite and develop customized reports for business needs

Update reports to ensure accuracy and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CoStar application

Required Qualifications

Expert proficiency in CoStar reporting and development

Experience in troubleshooting application issues

Ability to create and manage reports for tracking transactions

Experience in drafting SOPs for report management

Technical knowledge in application setup
