Oracle Fusion Business Analyst- Warehouse Management System

Our client is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst WMS to help transform and optimize warehouse operations for a leading food manufacturing and distribution company . In this role, you'll collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to implement and enhance Oracle Fusion WMS solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.

What You'll Do

Partner with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement WMS improvements

Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion WMS modules to support day-to-day warehouse operations

Deliver hands-on training to warehouse and operations users to ensure smooth system adoption

Develop reports and dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy and key performance metrics

Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and system enhancements

What You Bring

5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion WMS or other enterprise-level Warehouse Management Systems

Strong understanding of warehouse processes, material flow, and inventory management

Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems and scanning or mobility devices

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
