Job Summary

As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities include :

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, providing psychosocial support, and contributing to meal assistance to enhance the dining experience.
• Assisting in transferring, repositioning, and walking residents safely.
• Helping with housekeeping and laundry services to maintain clean living areas.
• Documenting resident interactions and communicating any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
• Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs.

Working with a knowledgeable and supportive team, you will be held accountable for following infection prevention policies and delivering safe, quality care according to individual care plans.
