Job descriptionMust do typical urgent care procedures I&Ds, suturing, splinting, etc. Schedule would be as follows : Week 2 : Work two 12-hour weekday shifts and two 9-hour weekend shifts Repeat Ability to have scheduling flexibility if it works for all parties Each physician would work with their own MA and x-ray tech Solo coverage - ability to grow to double coverage, if needed Site currently sees 40-45 patients per day Census is up 20% from last year Weekday hours are 8a-8p Weekend hours are 8a-5p Must be willing to obtain ACLS prior to starting Site is open to those not currently licensed in Pennsylvania No visa candidates, unfortunately Organization Information : Competitive compensation with bonus incentives W2 employees get full benefits 401k after the first year of employment PTO Bonus plan Lifestyle Information : Excellent public and private school options Thriving area with a booming cultural scene RecruitWell's Core Values : Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
