You must be knowledgeable or willing to learn about our vehicle inventory, including new and pre-owned models, their features, performance, safety, and financing options.You will present vehicles in an engaging and informative manner, conduct test drives responsibly, and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business. This role requires excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, features, value-added products, and financing alternatives according to dealership policiesConduct vehicle test drives ensuring compliance with speed limits and road safety rulesFacilitate vehicle delivery by explaining operation, warranty, and maintenance requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentationStay informed about all vehicles, accessories, promotions, and financing optionsAttend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirement:High school diploma or GEDValid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordProfessional, dependable, and able to work independently to meet goalsStrong customer service orientation with a focus on safetyBasic computer and internet skillsExcellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicAbility to read and understand instructions
